Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Scheduler to manage scheduling for clinical staff remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures appropriate staffing is arranged for all patient care
• Coordinates, monitors, and schedules patient care across all clinical areas
• Contacts patients and clinicians to schedule and confirm deliveries and visits

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of previous scheduling experience
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a general office administration setting or similar fast-paced environment
• Previous home healthcare experience preferred
• Familiarity with electronic scheduling platforms preferred
