Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track patient scheduling activities for partner clinics and provider groups
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, scheduling patients for consults and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate documentation and protect patient information in compliance with HIPAA and privacy requirements

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in patient scheduling, healthcare operations, or a similar high-volume coordination role
• Ability to navigate various EHR systems and handle patient information accurately
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and maintain consistent performance in a remote setting
• Strong communication skills to engage confidently and empathetically with patients over the telephone
