A company is looking for a Patient Scheduler (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and external facilities to schedule appointments
• Collect, verify, and communicate benefit details of patient insurance policies during scheduling
• Confirm patient appointments and provide necessary details and special instructions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of customer service, appointment scheduling, or healthcare experience required
• 1+ years of EHR system experience (athenaOne preferred)
• 1+ years of remote work experience preferred
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
