A company is looking for a Patient Scheduler (Remote) to support patient scheduling operations in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients to schedule appointments and confirm visits
• Collect and verify patient insurance details and educate patients on their financial responsibilities
• Maintain patient records and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient scheduling

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of customer service, appointment scheduling, or healthcare experience required
• 1+ years of EHR system experience (athenaOne preferred)
• 1+ years of remote work experience preferred in high-volume call environments
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
