Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Scheduler (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients to schedule appointments and confirm visits
• Collect, verify, and communicate patient insurance benefit details during scheduling
• Educate patients on the insurance verification process and coordinate with healthcare providers for efficient scheduling

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of customer service, appointment scheduling, or healthcare experience required
• 1+ years of EHR system experience; athenaOne preferred
• 1+ years of remote work experience preferred, especially in high-volume call environments
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
