• Manage patient appointments and inquiries through professional communication
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copayments as required
• Ensure compliance with policies and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Computer proficiency, including MS Office and internet research
• Knowledge of HIPAA and insurance payors
• Medical receptionist or PSR experience preferred
