Patient Scheduler

Job Summary

Coordinating patient care schedules, the remote Patient Scheduler will manage staffing arrangements, confirm deliveries and visits, and interpret physician orders while ensuring effective communication with patients and clinicians.

Key responsibilities

• Ensures appropriate staffing is arranged for all patient care
• Coordinates, monitors, and schedules patient care across all clinical areas
• Contacts patients and clinicians to schedule and confirm deliveries and visits

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of previous scheduling experience
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a general office administration setting or similar fast-paced environment
• Basic level skill in Microsoft Word and Excel 2003 or later
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers
