Patient Scheduler II

Job Summary

To support patient care, the full-time remote Patient Scheduler II will pre-register and schedule appointments, manage incoming calls, and coordinate follow-up services while ensuring efficient communication with patient care teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Pre-register and schedule patients for appointments, procedures, and tests while managing high call volumes
• Coordinate scheduling of services and ensure accurate data entry into the electronic health record
• Provide patients with cost estimates and itineraries for upcoming appointments and assist with checkout processes

Required qualifications:

• 1 year of clinical healthcare experience, or
• 1 year experience as a Patient Scheduler I, or
• 1 year experience in a contact/call center
