Patient Scheduler II

Job Summary

To enhance patient care coordination, the full-time remote Patient Scheduler II will pre-register and schedule patients for various appointments and procedures while managing incoming calls and follow-up tasks in a high-volume environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Pre-registers and schedules patients for appointments, procedures, and tests while ensuring timely and courteous communication
• Coordinates scheduling of services, including ancillary and procedure scheduling, and handles follow-up and referral work queues
• Works collaboratively with care teams to provide optimal customer service and accurately enters data into the electronic health record

Required qualifications:

• 1 year of clinical healthcare experience, or
• 1 year experience as a Patient Scheduler I, or
• 1 year experience in a contact/call center
