Patient Scheduler II

Job Summary

Managing patient scheduling in a remote capacity, the full-time Patient Scheduler II will pre-register and schedule appointments, procedures, and tests while providing excellent customer service and coordinating with care teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Pre-register and schedule patients for various services, ensuring timely and professional communication
• Handle incoming calls, manage follow-up and referral work queues, and enter data accurately into electronic health records
• Coordinate scheduling of ancillary services and assist with patient checkout and follow-up appointments

Required qualifications:

• 1 year of clinical healthcare experience, or
• 1 year experience as a Patient Scheduler I, or
• 1 year experience in a contact/call center
