Job Summary

To support a high-volume scheduling environment, the full-time remote Patient Scheduler II will pre-register and schedule patients for appointments, manage incoming calls, and coordinate with patient care teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-registers and schedules patients for various services, ensuring timely and courteous communication
  • Handles incoming calls and manages follow-up and referral work queues while entering data into the electronic health record
  • Coordinates scheduling for ancillary and procedure services, providing patients with cost estimates and appointment itineraries
Required Qualifications:
  • 1 year of clinical healthcare experience, or
  • 1 year of experience as a Patient Scheduler I, or
  • 1 year of experience in a contact/call center
