Patient Scheduler II

Job Summary

To support efficient patient care, the full-time Patient Scheduler II will pre-register and schedule appointments, handle incoming calls, and coordinate follow-up services in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Pre-registers and schedules patients for appointments, procedures, and tests while ensuring timely communication with care teams
• Handles incoming calls and manages follow-up and referral work queues, ensuring accurate data entry into the electronic health record
• Coordinates scheduling across multiple service lines and provides patients with cost estimates and appointment itineraries

Required qualifications:

• 1 year of clinical healthcare experience, or
• 1 year experience as a Patient Scheduler I, or
• 1 year experience in a contact/call center
