Job Summary

Proficient in managing patient scheduling, the full-time remote Patient Scheduler II will pre-register and schedule appointments, handle incoming calls, and coordinate follow-up care while ensuring efficient patient service in a high-volume environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Pre-register and schedule patients for appointments, procedures, and tests while managing follow-up and referral work queues
• Communicate with patient care teams to ensure appropriate care and complete patient checkouts, including scheduling follow-up appointments
• Accurately enter data into the electronic health record and support various population management initiatives through patient outreach

Required qualifications:

• 1 year of clinical healthcare experience or as a Patient Scheduler I or in a contact/call center
