Patient Scheduler II

Job Summary

To support efficient patient care, the full-time Patient Scheduler II will pre-register and schedule appointments, handle incoming calls, and manage follow-up tasks in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Pre-register and schedule patients for various services while ensuring timely communication with care teams
• Manage incoming calls, follow-up work queues, and ticket scheduling while accurately entering data into the electronic health record
• Coordinate scheduling of ancillary services and procedures, providing patients with cost estimates and itineraries as needed

Required qualifications:

• 1 year of clinical healthcare experience, or
• 1 year experience as a Patient Scheduler I, or
• 1 year experience in a contact/call center
