Job Summary
To support a fast-paced call center environment, the full-time Patient Scheduling Assistant will manage patient registration and scheduling over the phone after completing in-person training, transitioning to a remote work structure.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phone calls from patients and assist with scheduling and registration for primary and specialty care clinics
- Provide superior customer service through effective communication with a diverse patient population
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with scheduling protocols
Required qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- Two years of previous call center or healthcare experience required
- Associate's degree in a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Office Products, is required
