Job Summary
Working in a fast-paced team environment, the full-time Patient Scheduling Assistant will answer patient calls, complete registrations, and schedule appointments remotely after initial in-person training.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from patients for primary and specialty care clinics
- Complete patient registration and schedule appointments over the phone
- Provide superior customer service while communicating effectively with a diverse patient population
Required qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- Two years of previous call center or healthcare experience required
- Associate's degree in a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Office Products, is required
