A company is looking for a Patient Scheduling Coordinator to assist in scheduling visits for patients in home care and hospice services.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and courteously to all patient inquiries and collaborate with supervisors regarding client concerns
• Manage daily workflow in the company database and process daily and weekly reports
• Match patients with field staff based on clinical skill sets and personality, ensuring compliance with Medicare guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
• At least one year of experience in the healthcare industry is required
• Experience in home care is highly preferred
