Job Summary
To support exceptional patient care, the full-time Patient Scheduling Coordinator will manage scheduling visits, respond to inquiries, and ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines while transitioning to a remote work environment after orientation.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and courteously to patient inquiries and collaborate with supervisors on client concerns
- Manage daily workflow in the company database and process reports
- Match patients with appropriate field staff based on clinical skills and personality
Required qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in the healthcare industry, with home care experience desirable
- Ability to meet all physical demands associated with the role
