Job Summary
To support exceptional patient care, the full-time Patient Scheduling Coordinator will manage scheduling visits, respond to patient inquiries, and ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines, transitioning to a fully remote role after an initial training period.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly and courteously to patient inquiries and collaborate with supervisors on client concerns
- Manage daily workflow in the company database and process daily and weekly reports
- Match patients with appropriate field staff based on clinical skills and personality
Required qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in home care
- Ability to meet all physical demands of the role
