Job Summary

To support exceptional patient care, the full-time Patient Scheduling Coordinator will manage scheduling visits according to protocol, respond to patient inquiries, and ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines, transitioning to a remote work environment after initial training in Kettering, OH.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and courteously to patient inquiries and collaborate with supervisors on client concerns
• Manage daily workflow in the company database and process daily and weekly reports
• Match patients with field staff based on clinical skills and personality to ensure optimal care delivery

Required qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
• At least one year of experience in the healthcare industry, with a preference for home care experience
• Ability to meet all physical demands of the role
