Patient Scheduling Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a New Patient Scheduling Specialist to engage with leads and schedule appointments for orthodontic and dental practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate interest and secure appointments
• Follow up with new and warm leads through calls, texts, and emails
• Maintain detailed notes on leads and manage multiple practice pipelines using CRM systems

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a high-volume outbound calling or sales role, preferably in healthcare
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and leads simultaneously
• Proficient in using CRM systems, particularly HighLevel
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to follow a structured daily workflow with minimal supervision
