Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduling Specialist, Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service and manage scheduling center volume efficiently
• Schedule exams accurately for all radiology modalities and assist patients with appointment-related inquiries
• Review and verify patient information to ensure data integrity and assist with billing inquiries

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 1 year of general customer service experience
• Medical terminology or radiology/imaging scheduling preferred
• Must maintain confidentiality and have excellent organizational skills
• Training and certification as a Patient Ambassador required within the initial review period
