Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Scheduling Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to patient communications regarding appointment changes via text, email, and phone
- Apply scheduling protocols in Athena to modify, cancel, and rebook appointments
- Monitor scheduling-related tickets and assist with administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations or patient services
- At least 2 years of experience with AthenaHealth and Zendesk
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Experience in digital health or virtual care environments is preferred
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
