Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Scheduling Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to patient communications regarding appointment changes via text, email, and phone
  • Apply scheduling protocols in Athena to modify, cancel, and rebook appointments
  • Monitor scheduling-related tickets and assist with administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations or patient services
  • At least 2 years of experience with AthenaHealth and Zendesk
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  • Experience in digital health or virtual care environments is preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
