Job Summary
Responsible for scheduling patient appointments and providing visit information, the full-time Patient Service Agent will deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments and manage patient messages
- Provide general information regarding visit instructions and expectations
- Utilize exceptional telephone etiquette to deliver excellent customer service
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Customer Service experience
- Basic computer skills and data entry proficiency
- Ability to type at least 60 words per minute
- Professional, courteous, and compassionate attitude
