Job Summary

Responsible for scheduling patient appointments and providing visit information, the full-time Patient Service Agent will deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage patient messages
  • Provide general information regarding visit instructions and expectations
  • Utilize exceptional telephone etiquette to deliver excellent customer service
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Customer Service experience
  • Basic computer skills and data entry proficiency
  • Ability to type at least 60 words per minute
  • Professional, courteous, and compassionate attitude
