Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer service, the full-time Patient Service Agent will schedule patient appointments, manage patient messages, and provide visit instructions in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage incoming patient messages
  • Provide general information regarding visit instructions and expectations
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while delivering excellent customer service
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills and data entry proficiency
  • Ability to type 60 words per minute
  • Professional, courteous, and compassionate attitude
