Job Summary
Delivering exceptional customer service, the full-time Patient Service Agent will schedule patient appointments, manage patient messages, and provide visit instructions in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments and manage incoming messages
- Provide general information regarding visit instructions and expectations
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while assisting patients
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Prior customer service experience
- Basic computer skills and data entry proficiency
- Ability to type at least 60 words per minute
- Professional, compassionate attitude with the ability to multi-task
