Job Summary

To support patient care, the full-time Patient Service Agent will schedule appointments, manage patient messages, and provide visit information while delivering exceptional customer service in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and manage incoming messages
• Provide general information regarding visit instructions and expectations
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor while delivering excellent customer service

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Customer service experience
• Basic computer skills and data entry proficiency
• Ability to type at least 60 words per minute
• Professional, courteous, and compassionate attitude
