Job Summary

To support patient engagement, the full-time Patient Service Agent will schedule appointments, manage patient inquiries, and provide visit instructions while maintaining a professional demeanor in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and manage incoming patient messages
• Provide general information regarding visit instructions and expectations
• Deliver excellent customer service using exceptional telephone etiquette

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Customer service experience
