Job Summary

To support patient care, the full-time Patient Service Agent will schedule appointments, manage patient messages, and provide visit instructions in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and manage incoming messages
• Provide general information regarding visit instructions and expectations
• Deliver excellent customer service using exceptional telephone etiquette

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Customer service experience
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience
