Patient Service Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Handles incoming calls to schedule Radiology appointments and contacts patients and referring physician offices
• Follows standardized scripts to gather and provide information during scheduling and pre-registration calls
• Enters patient data into computer systems and escalates calls as necessary to supervisors or managers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
• 6 months+ of medical or related training and/or experience
• Computer literacy and experience with general office equipment required
• Strong multi-tasking abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
