Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Coordinator - Transportation Program.

Key Responsibilities

Process requests for over mileage transportation reimbursement and caregiver benefits in JIVA
Coordinate food and lodging requests related to transportation
Identify providers within a 50-mile radius and issue administrative denials for related services

Required Qualifications

High School Graduate or Equivalent
Previous experience in healthcare is required
Experience in health plans, medical, or behavioral health is preferred
Familiarity with JIVA or EHR/EMR systems is preferred
Experience with government programs or commercial health plans is preferred
