Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with appointment scheduling and adjustments
• Obtain and maintain medical records while documenting interactions in an electronic portal
• Initiate outbound calls and manage schedules for providers

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• Strong work history supporting patients and providers in healthcare settings
• No licensure or certifications required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Computer literate with knowledge of electronic medical records and Microsoft Office
