Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, physicians, and the public
- Handle scheduling, registration, patient billing follow-up, and execute plans to meet caller needs
- Work 8-hour shifts between 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Typing speed of 40 wpm and basic computer skills
- 1-2 years of experience in service industry, medical office, call center, or collections
- Available to work full-time during day shifts
