Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, physicians, and the public
  • Handle scheduling, registration, patient billing follow-up, and execute plans to meet caller needs
  • Work 8-hour shifts between 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Typing speed of 40 wpm and basic computer skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in service industry, medical office, call center, or collections
  • Available to work full-time during day shifts
