Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative to provide empathetic support to patients in a call center setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service for inquiries related to appointments, authorizations, claims, eligibility, and benefits
- Meet and exceed performance goals related to patient satisfaction and accuracy
- Accurately document patient interactions and assist with administrative support as needed
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of call center experience (2+ years preferred)
- Prior healthcare or medical customer service experience required
- Comfortable navigating multiple screens and systems simultaneously
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- Must have reliable high-speed internet with Ethernet capability
