Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, including patient inquiries and appointment scheduling
  • Document and relay patient information according to practice guidelines and ensure timely resolution of patient concerns
  • Participate in training sessions and assist in the orientation of new personnel as directed
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • Ability to explain healthcare issues to patients with empathy
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using multiple communication tools, including phone and online platforms
  • Effective interpersonal skills to work within a diverse team environment
