Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, including patient inquiries and appointment scheduling
- Document and relay patient information according to practice guidelines and ensure timely resolution of patient concerns
- Participate in training sessions and assist in the orientation of new personnel as directed
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Ability to explain healthcare issues to patients with empathy
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using multiple communication tools, including phone and online platforms
- Effective interpersonal skills to work within a diverse team environment
