Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, including patient inquiries and appointment scheduling
  • Document and relay patient information according to Practice guidelines and provide detailed appointment confirmations
  • Participate in training sessions and assist in the orientation of new personnel while identifying process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • Comfortable using multiple advanced communication tools, including phone calls and online chats
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to explain healthcare issues to patients with empathy
  • Effective interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group in a team environment
