Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
  • Document and relay patient information according to Practice guidelines and ensure timely resolution of patient issues
  • Participate in training sessions and assist in the orientation of new personnel while identifying process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • Ability to explain complicated healthcare issues empathetically
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using advanced communication tools such as phone calls, online chats, and emails
  • Ability to document work professionally and efficiently
