Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
• Document and relay patient information to practices while ensuring adherence to established guidelines
• Assist in training new personnel and participate in staff meetings to enhance patient experience

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED
• Ability to explain complex healthcare issues with empathy
• Effective interpersonal skills in a diverse team environment
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Comfortable using multiple advanced communication tools
