Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize a computerized scheduling system and maintain accurate patient records using Epic
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in training new personnel as directed
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of a High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to explain complex healthcare issues with empathy
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Comfortable using various communication tools including phone, email, and online chats
  • Effective interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse group of professionals
