Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, including scheduling and resolving patient inquiries
  • Document and relay patient information according to Practice guidelines and manage insurance verification and authorization
  • Participate in training sessions and assist in the orientation of new personnel while identifying process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of a High School diploma/GED is required
  • Ability to empathize with patients and explain healthcare issues clearly
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using multiple communication tools effectively
  • Ability to document work professionally and efficiently
