Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize a computerized scheduling system to manage patient appointments and maintain accurate patient records
  • Participate in training sessions and assist in the orientation of new personnel while adhering to hospital standards and protocols
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • Ability to explain complicated healthcare issues to patients with empathy
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using multiple communication tools such as phone, email, and online chats
  • Effective interpersonal skills to work within a diverse team environment
