Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, including scheduling and resolving patient inquiries
- Document and relay patient information according to Practice guidelines while ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Participate in training and assist in the orientation of new personnel, while contributing to process improvement discussions
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Ability to explain complex healthcare issues with empathy
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Comfortable using multiple communication tools such as phone, email, and online chats
- Effective interpersonal skills to work in a diverse team environment
