Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, including scheduling and resolving patient inquiries
  • Document and relay patient information according to Practice guidelines while ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Participate in training and assist in the orientation of new personnel, while contributing to process improvement discussions
Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • Ability to explain complex healthcare issues with empathy
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Comfortable using multiple communication tools such as phone, email, and online chats
  • Effective interpersonal skills to work in a diverse team environment
