Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, including scheduling and resolving patient inquiries
- Document and relay patient information according to Practice guidelines, ensuring timely issue resolution
- Participate in training and assist in the orientation of new personnel while adapting to departmental needs
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a High School diploma/GED is required
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to navigate and explain healthcare issues to patients with empathy
- Experience with advanced communication tools, including phone calls and online chats
- Effective interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of professionals
