Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, including scheduling and resolving patient inquiries
  • Document and relay patient information according to Practice guidelines, ensuring timely issue resolution
  • Participate in training and assist in the orientation of new personnel while adapting to departmental needs
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of a High School diploma/GED is required
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to navigate and explain healthcare issues to patients with empathy
  • Experience with advanced communication tools, including phone calls and online chats
  • Effective interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of professionals
