Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
  • Document and relay patient information according to Practice guidelines and ensure timely resolution of patient issues
  • Assist in training new personnel and participate in staff meetings to improve patient experience
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using multiple communication tools such as phone, email, and online chats
  • Ability to explain healthcare issues empathetically and effectively
  • Interpersonal skills to work with a diverse team and patient population
