Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Document and relay patient information according to Practice guidelines and ensure timely resolution of patient issues
- Assist in training new personnel and participate in staff meetings to improve patient experience
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using multiple communication tools such as phone, email, and online chats
- Ability to explain healthcare issues empathetically and effectively
- Interpersonal skills to work with a diverse team and patient population
