Patient Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative - Remote EST.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage insurance verifications and obtain authorizations for patients
• Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate records in the EMR system
• Assist patients with inquiries related to accounts or scheduling

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in insurance pre/prior authorization
• Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance portals
• Must have an appropriate home office setup with reliable internet
• Excellent attendance record in previous roles
