Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative - Remote (Mountain Time).
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist with patient intake and scheduling
- Collect and accurately enter patient demographic and insurance information into the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
- Provide clear communication to patients regarding appointments and any requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in insurance pre/prior authorization (minimum 1 year)
- Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance portals
- Must have an appropriate home office setup with reliable internet
- Excellent attendance record in previous roles
