Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative - Remote (Mountain Time).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and assist with patient intake and scheduling
  • Collect and accurately enter patient demographic and insurance information into the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
  • Provide clear communication to patients regarding appointments and any requirements
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in insurance pre/prior authorization (minimum 1 year)
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance portals
  • Must have an appropriate home office setup with reliable internet
  • Excellent attendance record in previous roles
