Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative for the Behavioral Health Access Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and answer telephones
- Schedule appointments and manage high incoming call volumes
- Support in managing referrals and ensure a compassionate experience for patients
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous office experience, preferably in a medical setting
- Experience with call centers, EPIC, or scheduling preferred
- Proficient computer skills
