Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative for the Behavioral Health Access Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and answer telephones
  • Schedule appointments and manage high incoming call volumes
  • Support in managing referrals and ensure a compassionate experience for patients
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous office experience, preferably in a medical setting
  • Experience with call centers, EPIC, or scheduling preferred
  • Proficient computer skills
