Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments using a computerized system
• Document patient information and resolve inquiries regarding medication and insurance

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to explain complex healthcare issues with empathy
• Experience using multiple communication tools such as phone, email, and chat
• Effective interpersonal skills to work with diverse professionals in a team environment
