Patient Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, including patient inquiries and appointment scheduling
• Document and relay patient information, ensuring issues are addressed according to established Practice guidelines
• Participate in training sessions and assist in the orientation of new personnel while identifying process improvements

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School diploma/GED is required
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to explain complicated healthcare issues to patients with empathy
• Comfortable using multiple advanced communication tools
• Effective interpersonal skills to work with diverse professionals in a team environment
