Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Document and relay patient information, ensuring adherence to Practice guidelines and escalating issues as necessary
- Participate in training sessions and assist in the training of new personnel while identifying process improvements for better patient experiences
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School diploma/GED
- Comfortable using advanced communication tools such as phone calls, online chats, and emails
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to explain complicated healthcare issues with empathy
- Effective interpersonal skills to work with a diverse team
