Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
  • Document and relay patient information, ensuring adherence to Practice guidelines and escalating issues as necessary
  • Participate in training sessions and assist in the training of new personnel while identifying process improvements for better patient experiences
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of a High School diploma/GED
  • Comfortable using advanced communication tools such as phone calls, online chats, and emails
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to explain complicated healthcare issues with empathy
  • Effective interpersonal skills to work with a diverse team
